ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Manny Gonzalez has been doing home inspections in South Florida for over 22yrs, has been teaching pre-licensing home inspection courses for over 14yrs, and continuing education classes throughout Florida for over 10yrs. He is a past President of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, also past Vice President of the Home Inspector Association of South Florida, and currently sits on both boards. He is dedicated to his students and provides mentoring and consultations throughout their career. He is also dedicated in providing home inspectors with quality education for the betterment of the home inspection industry.
