Raymond has been an Environmental, Residential & Commercial Specialist for more than 20 yrs. Licensed in the State of Florida with 4 licenses: Mold Assessor MRSA-2391, Mold Remediator MRSR-3879, Radon Measurement Technician R-2454 and Home Inspector HI-1164. Also, certified in Thermal Inspections, Commercial Inspections and Restaurant Certifications.
Although the State of Florida asks for inspectors to have 14 credits to meet continuing education requirements, he has over 75 credits of continuing education combined. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to service a vast population in South Florida. For the past 5 years he has been focusing in creating a full-service inspection company that provides exceptional service to Real Estate Buyers, Investors, Property Owners, Sellers, Loan Officers, Title Agents, Attorneys, and Insurance Agents.
When presenting reports to customers, Raymond delivers easy to read, computer generated reports that include digital photographs & illustrations of any findings as well as recommendations. He is always using the latest technologies to provide the best results. In combination with Inspector Network Services and Homegauge we provide a service that is ahead of the time for inspectors.
He is committed to keeping Real Estates Agents well informed of the process by sending them automated emails and text messages, avoiding any gaps in the communication process, and making sure information is delivered with accuracy and on time.
Raymond is currently the president of the Home Inspector Association of South Florida, with the Home & Commercial Division and the Environmental Division. He is a CMI (Certified Master Inspector) which is the highest recognition for a home inspector in the World with the biggest association of home inspectors in the World, Internachi and member/past-member of other organizations and associations.
Raymond is the founder of a group dedicated to providing education and training to new and tenure inspectors in the industry. Inspector Brotherhood provides a close page in Facebook where any inspector could post a question and will get a reply within 5 minutes. The group is known in the industry by all recognized associations and counts with the support of many of them. As of now the group has over 6,500 inspectors around the world and growing.
Raymond is well known in the industry and community around other fellow inspectors as a mentor and developer. One of his greatest accomplishments is that he works hand in hand with different affiliates and alliances to benefit the industry and fellow inspectors.
Raymond is also a CE (continuing education) provider and is a provider for the required 120 hours class for new inspectors.
