Kitchen Certification for restaurants and commercial units is provided to have a comprehensive report and details capital equipment in the property. The details provide each unit, brand, condition at the time of inspection and recommendations based on findings & professional opinion.
Restaurant Certification includes a kitchen certification and details the inventory items from cups, small wares, cooking equipment, operational items, tables, chairs, and any others in the property. We could provide as simple or as complicated of a report as needed on a timely basis.
The most common report presented to our customers is a report based on conditions of kitchen or restaurant being evaluated and an inventory of the equipment present at the time of inspection. We would test the equipment, if requested by investor or buyer.
The reports are tailored to the needs of the customer and to the extent required.
